The first phase of the design process begins with a home visit, during which we will assess both the functional and visual objectives of your project. SCHEMATIC DESIGN
During the schematic design phase, we will focus on developing space planning and furniture layouts, as well as exploring a range of design concepts. This stage will allow us to establish the overall layout, functionality, and aesthetic direction, ensuring that the project aligns with both the client's needs and design goals.
DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Once the schematic design has been approved, we will move forward with developing the final floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings, refining these elements in greater detail. This phase also includes the selection of all finishes, fixtures, and equipment, ensuring that every component aligns with the design vision and functionality.
3d renderings
As part of the design development phase, we will provide 3D renderings that allow our clients to fully understand the scale and flow of the design. These visualizations will help bring the concept to life, enabling clients to better imagine how their new space will function and feel.
project management
Once the final selections are approved, we will create purchase orders, process purchases, and manage the shipping and delivery of goods to your home. We will assist with contractor coordinating and scheduling, creating project budgets, and client communications. Periodic site visits will be scheduled during this phase to ensure that items are received in good condition and that work is done in general accordance with the agreed upon design.
styling
The final step of our process involves the installation of styling elements to complete the design. This includes the thoughtful selection of accessories, artwork, and decorative accents that bring the space to life. We will work closely with local specialists to offer additional services such as art consultation, floral design, and home organization, ensuring that every detail is thoughtfully curated to enhance the overall aesthetic and functionality of your space.
